Project Brief
When Rosati's Pizza in Pontoon Beach, Illinois, decided to expand their family business, they needed a clear and compelling vision to attract investors. Already operating a successful pizza shop on their property, they planned to transform the site into a dynamic multi-use development, including an indoor sports complex, a 165-bed, four-story hotel, a retail building, a car wash, a gas station, and 286 parking spaces.
Challenge
Visualize their ambitious expansion in a way that would captivate potential investors. Over a 21-day period, I worked closely with the father-and-son duo behind the business to bring their vision to life.
The Solution
While creating the 3D model, we regularly shared updates, allowing them to request adjustments in real time.
This minimized revisions later and ensured they were fully involved in the process
After refining the 3D model, I delivered over 30 high-quality, photorealistic renders, including breathtaking bird’s-eye views that resembled real drone shots.
By the end of the project, they were highly impressed with the final visuals. With these compelling renders, I have no doubt they successfully secured the investors they sought.
