Project Brief
Ray, a Canadian IT entrepreneur, reached out to me for his investment project in the Caribbean. Having already purchased the lot and finalized the architectural design, he wanted a full visualization of the property before moving forward with construction.
Challenge
Ray’s primary goal was to see how the residence would blend with the stunning beach and ocean views, along with a fully designed interior. We meticulously crafted:
✔ High-quality still renders showcasing both exterior and interior details
✔ 3D floor plans for a clear spatial layout
✔ 360° VR views for an immersive experience
✔ A walk-through animation to present the project dynamically
The Solution
While creating the 3D model, we regularly shared updates, allowing them to request adjustments in real time.
After completing this project, Ray was so impressed that he returned with another investment project on the same island. This time, he needed a main house extension to complement the already designed primary building—and once again, we delivered.
