When Alan, the owner of Tekton Builder’s Inc., approached me, he needed a high-impact marketing package for The 1397 Model—a home design he wanted to showcase before construction even began. Unlike traditional projects, there was no specific lot assigned; instead, the goal was to attract future clients interested in this model.
Challenge
As an experienced builder, Alan knew exactly what he wanted, which made the process smooth and efficient. He was highly impressed with the final results, and our collaboration didn't stop there—he returned for three more projects, including a duplex design.
The Solution
While creating the 3D model, we regularly shared updates, allowing them to request adjustments in real time.
